The service is very nice. I am a customer there, the girls who work at that place are very friendly, I am satisfied with the services there.
Not sure why this place has bad reviews. Both of the ladies behind the counter went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. My understanding is that the place has a new owner and new customer friendly policies.
There are two really nice ladies in there. They are very patient and helpful. My mom is a good customer to them, and they always take their time with her to make sure she is happy. Thank you for going that extra mile with her.
I love going to this store. I'm always treated respectfully & I've never had a bad experience. Definitely somewhere to go if you want to get in & out.
I frequent this place often since it's at a great location with plenty of parking and not to mention the very knowledgeable staff. Haven't found a thing they don't do.....even deal with bitcoin, which is extremely rare. Highly recommended.
I come to the currency exchange often and find this one to be the best of all in the suburbs. I get great and quick service every time. Lidia and Gladys are friendly, very nice, and helpful when I come in. They get me in…
The lady up front was so nice and polite, very kind-hearted, and did the job quickly and super efficient. This is the place to go for all your needs.
Wonderful customer service. Everyone goes a long way to answer any questions and help each and every customer and with a smile on their face!
I went to round lake currency exchange to do a title transfer. They said we didn't have the correct documentation and couldn't help us, we came here, and the ladies were extremely helpful and got us on the road!!! I would definitely recommend this place!!!
Great service manager, was very helpful and polite. She resolved a problem for me even though she didn't have to.
